Charities get the win!

After a successful Moonraker Challenge in October of 2021 the funds were allocated and charities invited to join Taunton Vale Rotary at Oake Manor Golf Club to be presented with their cheques.

Green Days were up first and current President Philip Greenway presented the group with £5,124.  A great group from the charity told Rotary more of what they were up to and what their upcoming plans are.  The group consisted of Kirri Zelazik, Harry Whatley, Natalie James, Jon Gilbert, Matthew Wonfor and Christopher Taylor.

Nightstop were up next.  After being presented with £3,843 Hester Rees told us all about what they planned in this new year and how they were moving forward after Covid.

Young Somerset were given £3,817 but unfortunately were not able to attend on the night.
