Cancellation by You
Should you need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, you can do this by emailing us at moc.liamg%40vtcrrekarnoom. Cancellation up to 1 week before to the event – full refund.Cancellation less than 1 week - no refund as we will have organised food, medals and trackers for the team. Start times will have been set.Substitute Team Members are allowed up to and including on the day of the event. Cancellation by Us
The Rotary Club of Taunton Vale Trust Fund reserves the right to cancel the event if the weather or any other conditions outside its control preclude all or part of the event taking place or, in the opinion of the organisers, give risk to an unacceptable level of the safety of those taking part or involved in the event. This includes pandemics such as COVID-19, or factors impacting on the route such as restrictions set by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) relating to Foot and Mouth, Avian Flu or other circumstances.
We will monitor weather conditions and forecasts prior to and during the event. The Rotary Club of Taunton Vale Trust Fund reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event if Met Office issues severe weather warnings for the time and location of the event. The Rotary Club of Taunton Vale Trust Fund decisions shall be final in this regard.
In the event of cancellation, a new date will be set as soon as practicable. You will have the following options1. Transfer team entry to new event (preferred option).2. Receive a full refund of your entry fees.3. With your explicit agreement retain your entry fees as a donation to the Rotary Club of Taunton Vale Trust Fund to be used wholly for charitable purposes.
Under no circumstances will the Rotary Club of Taunton Vale Trust Fund to be liable for any consequential losses.
